Automated Analysis & Human Verification Policy
AuditingLab output is not a regulatory determination, legal advice, or a certification of compliance. Every report requires review and verification by appropriately qualified personnel before its findings are treated as final audit conclusions.
The nature of automated analysis
AuditingLab uses automated rules-based analysis and, in some configurations, AI-assisted language models. That analysis is probabilistic and depends on the quality, completeness, and legibility of the material provided. It may contain errors, omissions, false positives, and false negatives.
Human verification is required
Before AuditingLab output is used to make a regulatory, clinical, quality, compliance, or operational decision, it must be independently reviewed against the applicable source documentation, protocol, procedures, and current regulatory requirements by appropriately qualified personnel.
Report verification status
- Automated Analysis — Human Verification Required: automated analysis complete; no qualified reviewer has verified it.
- Under Human Review: a reviewer has begun verification; it is not complete.
- Human Verified: a qualified reviewer recorded that they reviewed the findings against the source documentation.
- Final AuditingLab Report: verification completed and approved through AuditingLab's review workflow.
- Legacy Report: predates per-report verification tracking; AuditingLab holds no record that it was human verified.
Your responsibilities
You and your organization remain responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents, for reviewing the analysis, for the audit conclusions drawn, and for any action taken on the basis of a report.
