These terms govern use of AuditingLab's clinical research auditing, oversight, compliance, and document workflow software platform.

Key Terms

Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your organization.
Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Access the customer portal to manage your subscription.
Cancellations: Cancel any time; fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods.
Acceptable Use: No illegal activity, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
Customer Content: You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the platform.
Limitation of Liability: Capped at 12 months of fees paid. AuditingLab is not a substitute for medical or legal advice.
