• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Usage data (IP address, browser, diagnostic logs)
• Customer content (documents and files you upload)
• Support communications

How We Use Information

To operate the platform, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored with encryption. Role-based access controls ensure only authorized users access clinical data.

Retention

Guest uploads are deleted within 30 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion per applicable law.
