How It Works

2. Choose a document type: Clinical Trial Protocol, Informed Consent Form, Investigator's Brochure, Case Report Form, Source Document, SOP, Monitoring Report, Regulatory Submission, Audit Report / CAPA, or Other.
3. Confirm consent: Check the box to agree that you have the right to share these documents for review.
4. Receive your reference number: An AL-XXXXXXXX reference number is returned on screen the moment your upload completes. Quote it in any follow-up conversation with our team.
