Director of Quality Assurance
Department: QA | Location: Remote (US) | Type: Full-time | Level: Director | Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000
Lead QA strategy and oversee compliance initiatives for clinical trials and pharmaceutical operations.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA programs • Lead cross-functional compliance teams • Interface with regulatory bodies during inspections • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor and develop QA staff
Qualifications
• 10+ years of QA experience in pharma/biotech • Strong regulatory knowledge (FDA, EMA) • Leadership experience with teams of 5-10+ • Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field • Experience with electronic systems (LIMS, QMS)
Nice to Have
• Advanced degree preferred • RAC certification • Experience with novel therapeutics • Six Sigma or Lean experience
